“No One” is the second single from Aly & AJ. This song is about remembering that there is mutiple you’s and that you need to accept yourself the way you are. The song can also be known for the rhythm to which it is being sung as it follows a similar rhythm to Avril Lavigne’s I’m With You. (From WikiPedia)
The rhythm of the song is catchy. It was featured on Disney’s Ice Princess OST. The movie is inspirational and so is the song. It can also be found on their album ‘Into The Rush’. Aly & AJ were shown singing in the song while the scenes from the movie are flashed in between.
By the way, Aly is Alyson Renae (Aly) Michalka and AJ is Amanda Joy (AJ) Michalka. Also, Aly starred in ‘Phil Of The Future’ (TV Show) on Disney Channel.
