Betty and Heroes jump start season2
The second season for the TV’s two hit series has started when NBC aired ‘Four Months Later…’ on 24th September and ABC aired ‘How Betty Got Her Grieve Back’ on 27th September.
Ok… ardent fans of the show may notice that by the time I publish this post, the series would have completed two or three episodes. But, I wanted to watch the season 2 pilots before posting any information about the topic.
Heroes’ pilot episode for the first season was about 50 minutes. Three more characters were introduced. Hiro’s sent to the history and he meets Takezo Kensei. Peter gets a haircut! 
and Claire gets a new boyfriend! The second episode, ‘Lizards’, was better than the pilot, in my opinion.
With Season 2, more mystery and intrigue is being developed. Donno how well the writers will be able to continue the legacy of the first season. Hope they won’t fail like in Prison Break and Lost!
I loved the way they ended Betty’s first season. It was replete with emotional scenes and the first episode of season 2 carried on further where season 1 ended. I loved Hilda’s story in episode 1 of season 2. More treachery, wickedness and stupidities of fashion world are incorporated into the series as Henry and Betty’s love story hits a new turn.
All in all, the two series are an interesting watch. In India, Star World’s still airing Ugly Betty’s first season and by the time this channel comes up with Heroes 2, it’d be half way through in its original telecast. So, all I can do is get the episodes down the net through torrents. Let’s see how the twists and turns would be by the time we reach the finale.
